Returns

•⁠  ⁠Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
•⁠  ⁠Products purchased on sale, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

Exchanges

•⁠  ⁠Exchanges are accepted for size issues or defective products, subject to availability.
•⁠  ⁠Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
•⁠  ⁠Customers may exchange an item only once.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

•⁠  ⁠If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
•⁠  ⁠Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

Store Credit Policy

•⁠  ⁠Store credits can be used for future purchases on our website.
•⁠  ⁠Store credit will be issued only after the returned item passes our quality inspection.

Eligibility for Store Credit

•⁠  ⁠Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
•⁠  ⁠Customized, altered, made-to-order, and sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

•⁠  ⁠Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Important Notes

•⁠  ⁠Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
•⁠  ⁠Shipping charges are non-refundable.
•⁠  ⁠Natural variations in color, weave, print, or handcrafted detailing are not considered defects.

•⁠  ⁠Approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–1
•⁠  ⁠Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

•⁠  ⁠Reverse pickup service may be available depending on your location.
•⁠  ⁠If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers will be requested to self-ship the product to our return address.

Important Notes

•⁠  ⁠Slight variations in color, texture, or embroidery are a natural characteristic of handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.
•⁠  ⁠Rani by Jyotsna reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
